Role Overview We are hiring for one of our clients for the role of Employment Law Paralegal , responsible for supporting the legal team in managing employment law matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with legal strategy development. You will play a critical role in maintaining ethical employment practices and reducing legal risks across the organization. In this role, you will work onsite at the Phoenix, AZ location and report directly to the Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and managing legal documents related to employment law cases.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and compliance matters.
  • Maintain well-organized case files and documentation aligned with legal and internal policy requirements.
  • Support legal strategy development by gathering facts, reviewing documents, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal correspondence.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all legal administrative processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically within employment law.
  • Strong understanding of employment regulations, litigation processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR policies and their connection to employment law.
