The Role:
- Handle insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Work on a mix of general liability / tort-based defense cases
- Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, manage discovery, and prepare matters for trial
- Play an active role in case strategy, evaluation, and client reporting
- Work closely with experienced litigators on more complex matters as needed
⚖️ What they’re looking for:
- 1–8 years’ experience
- Background in insurance defense litigation
- California Bar admission required
San Francisco Hybrid or Remote Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary up to $350,000 depending on experience
