A Day in the Life As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. You'll be in constant communication with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers, ensuring seamless delivery experiences. Whether it's rescheduling a delivery, resolving issues, or providing expert guidance, you'll be the go-to person for our customers. With your in-depth understanding of our supply chain and local knowledge of delivery connections and warehouses, you'll be a valuable asset to our team.
