Role Description This is a contract, remote role for an MSW Adoption Home Study Contract Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting adoption home studies, working closely with families to assess and evaluate the suitability of homes. The Adoption Home Study Contract Worker will prepare detailed reports, maintain clear communication with families, and ensure compliance with state and agency social work standards. Additionally, this position may involve collaborating with VDM agency social workers and others to promote the best interests of each child.

Qualifications

• Previous in domestic adoption processes preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships
• Solid analytical skills to evaluate home environments and prepare comprehensive reports
• Proven experience in social work, especially within the field of family and child welfare
• Master's degree in social work (MSW) or equivalent credentials
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
