Home Health RN for Part Time Role/Flexible Schedule

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care during home visits
• Assess patient needs and help create individualized plans of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the care team
• Educate patients and families with patience, empathy, and encouragement
• Support patients in maintaining comfort, independence, and quality of life
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, aides, and other team members to ensure coordinated care

What We're Looking For

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• A caring, dependable, and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
