What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and support 2+ Agile pods, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement
- Partner with Product/Experience Owners, Engineering, and Banking stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities
- Enable teams to identify, manage, and remove impediments and dependencies, particularly across core banking systems
- Use Agile metrics to track progress, highlight risks, and drive actionable insights through retrospectives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master
- Commercial banking experience is required
- Proven experience leading multiple Agile pods in complex, enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of banking systems, integrations, and regulatory delivery constraints
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Strong working knowledge of commercial banking credit and lending lifecycles, including underwriting, credit approval, loan closing, and servicing
- Experience supporting Agile delivery for Credit Risk Management, Loan Origination, and Loan Operations initiatives
- Familiarity with bilateral loans, Asset Based Lending (ABL), and participation loans
- Ability to manage Agile delivery across regulated, risk-sensitive environments
- Exposure to large-scale banking transformation or modernization initiatives
