Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers and monitor reactions. Record patient progress and consult with a wider healthcare team to adapt care plans. Teach patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and preventive measures. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for your patients. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and accuracy of treatment.
