Opportunity: Clinic Director / Physical Therapist (DPT) – De Novo Partner Company: Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy (Outpatient Orthopedics) Location: Hershey, PA Job Type: Full-Time 40 hrs/week Compensation: $90,000 to $115,000 base salary + competitive director bonus + equity partnership opportunity About Us: Ivy Rehab is a leading outpatient physical therapy organization with over 700+ clinics nationwide (~400 of these clinics opened by clinicians just like you!) Clinical Development: CEUs, MedBridge, De Novo Business School, and leadership coaching to help you and your team level up. Tech & IT Support: Reliable tech, helpdesk support, and clinic systems. What You’ll Do: Provide hands-on patient care in outpatient orthopedics, while offering the most in-demand services and specialties tailored to your community’s needs. Lead clinic operations: team development, scheduling, and performance Build referral relationships with physicians, surgeons, and local providers Grow your clinic through community outreach and networking Build, mentor, develop, and lead your own team Requirements & Skills: Active Physical Therapist license in the respective state (or eligible) required. At least 2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, surgeons, and community partners. Passion for patient care and team development. Self-starter mindset with ability to drive results and problem-solve.
