Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll have the opportunity to learn more about health care, expand your skills and knowledge, and open doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide solutions to help simplify plan members' health care experiences
  • Learn about health care and expand your skills and knowledge
  • Participate in on-site training and self-paced modules to ensure success on the team
  • Interact with trainers, leadership, and colleagues to build relationships and learn from others
  • Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive pay range of $17.00 - $27.90 per hour
