ABA Scheduler
Beyond Behavior California Regional Scheduler – Northern & Southern California Regions Location: Fresno & Manteca Regions Position Type: Virtual | Full-Time Pay Range: $20–$28 per hour
About the Role
At Beyond Behavior California, our Regional Schedulers play a vital role in helping children and families receive consistent in-home ABA services across California. We are looking for an organized, fast-paced, people-oriented team member to support scheduling operations for both our Northern and Southern California regions. What Does a Regional Scheduler Do?
- Coordinating schedules for in-home ABA sessions
- Matching staff availability with client needs
- Managing schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs
- Communicating with families and clinical teams regarding scheduling updates
- Supporting new client starts and staff assignments
- Monitoring travel radius and geographic placement of staff
- Collaborating with leadership, recruiting, and clinical departments
- Maintaining accurate scheduling records and communication logs
- Assisting with full-time caseload development for BTs/RBTs
- Helping ensure continuity of care for clients and families
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling, healthcare coordination, ABA, or staffing preferred
- Professional and compassionate communication style
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
- Experience with Google Workspace and scheduling systems preferred

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Spanish: 1 year (Preferred)
- Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Required)
