The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, can manage competing deadlines without error, and approaches their work with accountability and initiative - not a task-based mindset.

  • Familiarity with legal software and document management systems

Key Traits We Value

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Organized and conscientious
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Team player with a professional and personable demeanor
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable
  • Takes ownership and accountability for outcomes
