Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job – we're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls
- Handle customer inquiries about our policies and troubleshoot issues
- Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
- Maintain regular and timely attendance
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
- Ability to manage individual stress/composure
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
* High School Diploma
- Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
- Able to Pass a Background Check
- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
- 2 Years of customer Service Experience
