Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You will answer inbound calls, address questions about medication coverage, and provide solutions to ensure our clients have a better understanding of their benefits and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the support needed to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries about medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions

• Provide solutions to clients to improve their understanding of their benefits and options
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and concerns in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
• Utilize computer-based applications to access client information and resolve issues
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience

• Proficiency in Windows-based applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
