Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to join our AppleCare Support team in Austin, USA. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional results through data-driven insights. You'll lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business results
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on data analysis, process optimization, and business growth
• Proven experience with SQL and Tableau (or similar data visualization tools)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Python (or similar programming languages) and data manipulation tools (desired)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Apple's products and services (desired)

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business drivers and make recommendations that drive business growth
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
