Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Building and deploying advanced machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and quantitative techniques.
- Developing and implementing predictive analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and adapting our approaches to leverage new techniques and tools.
- Working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive forecasting, and optimization solutions.
- Programming using a range of languages, including Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Utilizing cloud computing platforms, such as Azure and Databricks, to develop and deploy machine learning models.
- Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the impact of our solutions on business outcomes.
- Working in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive forecasting, and optimization solutions.
- Advanced skills in programming languages, including Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure and Databricks.
- Experience designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the impact of our solutions on business outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies.
- Experience in reinforcement learning and healthcare applications.
- Experience in managing and leading teams, including direct management, indirect management, and project management.
