Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Professional to join our Global Client Experience Partner Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality improvements and efficiency gains across our global network of customer support centers. You will work closely with our help partners (BPOs) to ensure that their quality meets arenaflex's standards, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and other key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement quality monitoring programs that drive quantifiable improvements in performance metrics and efficiency

  • Collaborate with training and content teams to ensure consistency with new launches, processes, and strategies
  • Maintain quality performance across multiple locations within an aligned objective framework
  • Perform business audits with Help Partner Groups to identify areas for improvement
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process and project enhancements
  • Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for arenaflex to improve its business by understanding customer needs and trends
  • Other activities assigned by management or on a case-by-case basis

Travel Requirements

This role may require up to 20% travel, both domestically and internationally.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is $25/hour, with opportunities for additional compensation based on performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a range of perks and incentives.
