Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in online or in-person discussions, as required
• Completing written and oral instructions, as provided
• Completing written surveys for each panel, as required
• Using products and/or services, as provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
• Demonstrating a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below

Topics of Interest

We're seeking participants with diverse backgrounds and experiences to share their opinions on the following topics:

• Child-related products and services (individuals with children 18 years or younger)
• Cell phones (Apple, Android, or Windows, prepaid or contract)
• Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games)
• Food (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining)
• Sports (casual viewers and die-hard fans)
• Electronics (devices and preferences)
• Pets (animal lovers needed, dogs, cats, and other pets)
• Automobiles (ownership, payments, or leasing)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
• Access to a reliable internet connection
• A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
• The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
