Job Summary:

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, and other banking products and services. You'll process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balance daily, and provide exemplary customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. -

Understand and Educate Customers:

Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, including features, benefits, and best practices. -

Grow Customer Relationships:

Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners. -

Refer Customers to Other Areas:

Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership. -

Adhere to Operational Policies:

Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures. -

Demonstrate Sales and Service Acumen:

Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation. -

Perform Other Duties:

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED -

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role -

Alternative Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Banking or Financial Services:

1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales -

Cash Handling Skills:

Proven cash handling skills -

Technology Comfort:

Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
