Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

  • Provide full-cycle recruitment support for roles across all areas of the organization
  • Develop recruiting action plans that align with business strategies
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary expectations, and core competencies
  • Facilitate thorough interviewing process that maximizes efficiencies
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience during the recruitment and selection process
  • Lead or support special staffing projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Three to five years full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced staffing agency or corporate setting
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience implementing targeted sourcing initiatives
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and Recruitment best practices
  • Proficiency with MS Office platforms including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong oral, written and persuasive communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities
