PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team. This role supports clients through complex financial reporting challenges related to IPOs, M&A, restructurings, and other transformational events. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management, bankers, and legal advisors to deliver high-quality accounting solutions. Responsibilities include technical research, financial reporting analysis, and advising on capital markets transactions. The role offers exposure to high-profile clients and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, purpose-driven team. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical accounting or financial reporting
- CPA license
- Experience with IPOs, M&A, restructurings, or GAAP conversions
- Proficiency in Alteryx for data transformation and automation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas
- Project management capabilities
- Prior Core Assurance experience
- Sector expertise in relevant industries
- Experience in Transaction Services or Deals advisory
- Strong communication and client-facing skills written and verbal

- Experience with automation, digitization, or data visualization tools
- Exposure to international accounting standards
- Familiarity with capital markets transactions and SEC reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Digitally fluent with comfort using modern tools and platforms
