Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, concerns, and issues. You will work closely with our Operations Supervisor to ensure that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-focused approach. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, and web correspondence in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide general information and services to customers, resolving problems and addressing concerns
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of arenaflex operations, services, and business rules to assist customers and resolve issues
  • Process credit card and e-check payments for replenishment or violation payments
  • Open cases for unsolved customer inquiries and handle customer complaints, researching and adjusting account discrepancies as requested by leadership
  • Process and reply to emails/cases from customers, processing customer disputes and closing customer accounts as necessary
  • Perform updates to invoices, violation payments, customer payments, or accounts to keep demographic, vehicle, and credit card information current
  • Accurately document all updates on the Back Office System (BOS)
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused orientation when conducting business and providing services or products to clients, the general public, and other external customers
  • Demonstrate the ability to create positive customer relationships by defusing angry and upset customers
  • Exhibit professional image in a teamwork environment, interacting well and positively with customers, co-workers, and management
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Schedule and Compensation Details

* Opportunity for direct hire based on performance

  • Schedule falling between 10 AM - 7 PM ET (Monday - Friday) and 9 AM - 5 PM (Saturday)
  • Pay rate: $19.50 per hour

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attendance history
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in a customer service call center or retail customer service environment
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills and above-average interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook
  • A positive attitude
  • Organizational, self-motivated, and detail-oriented skills
