Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
- Gaining a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while portraying our high standards of customer support
- Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, which will be discussed and agreed upon with your team lead
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, share knowledge, and collaborate on solutions

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
