Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while portraying our high standards of customer support
  • Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, which will be discussed and agreed upon with your team lead
  • Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, share knowledge, and collaborate on solutions

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
