Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with our team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve our services and processes
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Working closely with our market research partners to ensure seamless execution of In-Home Usage Testing projects
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
• Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Proficiency in computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

• Knowledge of In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) and market research methodologies

• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and reports

• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
