We're seeking an exceptional Associate Manager, Customer Experience to join our team and drive industry-leading customer experience initiatives for our DashPass subscribers and most loyal customers. About the Role As an Associate Manager, Customer Experience, you'll report directly to our DashPass and VIP Experience Lead and play a critical role in setting the direction for our DashPass and VIP businesses. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize key metrics, leading cross-functional teams to implement those strategies, and reporting out on core success metrics. This is a unique opportunity to develop a strategic mindset and operational rigor, driving growth and excellence in customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Strategize: Set the direction for our DashPass and VIP businesses, understanding what drives business forward most effectively. - Forecast: Partner with product and analytics teams to set and track key metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate: Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans, driving success during each quarter. - Build: Create and execute strategies for growth of arenaflex's top customer segments, from high-level strategy to operational details.
