About the Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating internal databases, dashboards, and layout libraries to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Designing, developing, and implementing normalized data models and data visualizations to drive business decisions and customer experiences.
- Conducting exploratory data analysis, data mining, and data visualization to identify trends and insights that inform business strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Providing scientific support (code documentation, data changes, calculations, etc.) to innovation teams working on data-driven projects and proposals.
We're Looking for Someone with:
* Moderate experience in store network analysis, displaying, and dashboard development.
- A collaborative approach to presenting logical experiences and brief summaries of approach tailored to diverse audiences, both in discipline and decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply data-driven insights to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Social Sciences)
- Ability to apply data-driven insights to multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional projects and activities.
- Business-relevant experience with a few Displaying and AI Strategies (regression, tree models, survival analysis, cluster analysis, estimation, inconsistency detection, association rules, etc.).
- Experienced user of Incorta, Prophet, and SQL.
- Openness and business-relevant experience with a few data ETL (Teradata, Python, Java, Ruby, Pig).
- Openness and business-appropriate experience with a few analytical languages (R, SAS, SPSS, Stata).
- Strong data handling methods, liked.
- Retail, Customer loyalty, E-commerce, or store network insight, liked.
