Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your minimum responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes in service
  • Accepting payments from customers, researching customer billing inquiries, and updating customer account information
  • Interacting with customers and arenaflex employees to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seek cost-effective, safe, and environmentally sound solutions to service issues
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What We Need from You

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of high-volume customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong understanding of software applications and technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop creative solutions
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers
