Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phone and ticket support. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their products and services, providing expert guidance and support to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone and ticket support, resolving customer queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our clients to understand their products and services, providing expert guidance and support to their customers
  • Utilize our proprietary workflow and tools to manage customer interactions, ensuring seamless and efficient support delivery
  • Collaborate with our team of Mods to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role for a top-tier brand or company

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
  • Experience with workflow management and ticketing systems
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages (arenaflex is a global company, and we welcome applications from candidates who speak multiple languages)
