Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
  • Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
  • Lifting and handling bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Working a variety of shifts, including irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Participating in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • The ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds

  • Experience working with reservation/ticketing software
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
