Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our computer systems and tracking databases. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Data Entry: Receive, collect, review, and enter data into our computer systems and tracking databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entering it into our systems.
  • Data Integrity: Perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors or reporting them to supervisors.
  • Document Management: Scan or upload documents, maintain logs of activities and completed work, and file completed documents in appropriate locations or distribute them.
  • Reporting: Provide data lists, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.
  • Database Management: Create or modify databases according to the needs of our department.
  • Training and Support: Provide direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork, and train other data entry employees.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform routine office/lab duties, such as answering phones and maintaining supplies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: A High School diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in data entry or a related field is required.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management systems.
