Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Representative on the arenaflex State Agent Team, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-up, and needs-based reviews
• Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and financial services
• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services
• Collaborating with the arenaflex State Agent Team to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Current Property and Casualty license (must be obtained prior to hire)
• Ability to obtain Life and Health license (training and support provided)
