Job Summary
As an Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS, you'll play a critical role in supporting our settlement customers by processing and resolving complex transactions. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences, while also contributing to the development of our department procedures and special projects. Key Responsibilities
* Research and resolve settlement transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or management as needed
- Coordinate training for Operations Customer Service Specialists and participate in special projects as assigned
- Research and reconcile settlement services general ledgers, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including contributing to departmental initiatives and process improvements
What We're Looking For
* 3 or more years of financial operational experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with settlement of monetary transactions and general ledger research a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits
* Total Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.49 - $32.98 USD Hourly
- Eligibility for an applicable incentive compensation plan
