Responsibilities
- Assist travelers with planning requests, schedules, and vacation preferences
- Coordinate travel arrangements such as hotels, transportation, cruises, excursions, and activities
- Review travel availability and compare options using approved booking systems and supplier platforms
- Provide clients with updates regarding confirmations, reservation status, and upcoming travel details
- Respond to inquiries professionally through email, phone, and digital communication channels
- Help manage itinerary revisions, schedule adjustments, and follow-up requests
- Maintain accurate records and organized client information within internal systems
- Participate in virtual training sessions, onboarding programs, and team development meetings
