Develop and implement machine learning strategies to optimize media planning for the Digital Streaming Experience (DSE) at Netflix. Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to execute machine learning projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and content, to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions. Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to analyze and interpret large datasets to inform media planning decisions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in machine learning to constantly improve and innovate our processes. Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance our machine learning capabilities. Mentor and guide junior team members in machine learning techniques and best practices. Identify and assess potential risks and issues related to machine learning projects and provide proactive solutions. Collaborate with HR to identify and recruit top talent for the machine learning team. Establish goals and KPIs for the machine learning team and ensure they are met. Continuously track and report on the effectiveness of machine learning initiatives to key stakeholders. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
