Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to past customers to offer our services and generate leads
  • Assisting team members with tasks and projects as needed
  • Helping to set the schedule for our technicians
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in our database

Key Responsibilities

* Make a high volume of outbound calls (60+ calls per day) to past customers to offer our services and generate leads

  • Assist team members with tasks and projects as needed, including setting the schedule for our technicians
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Maintain accurate records and data in our database
  • Help to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Reliable and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
