Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person (via video conferencing or chat platforms)
  • Providing accurate and timely information about arenaflex products and services, including features, pricing, and promotions
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Assisting with resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and providing solutions
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing trends
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, for data entry and reporting
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on sales and customer support, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Experience in a call center or client services role is a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
