We're excited to announce an opportunity for an Experienced Data Analyst to join our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group, a critical component of our Direct to Buyer (DTC) business.

The Role
As an Experienced Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us understand our customers and drive business growth. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Product, Data Science, and other teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations that inform our business decisions. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions, identify new opportunities, and optimize our operations to achieve maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions
- Conduct in-depth pattern analysis to identify trends and drivers of customer behavior
- Define and investigate target audience segments to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Work with other Examination groups to gather and integrate data from various sources, creating a comprehensive and compelling narrative
- Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including R/Python/SAS and SQL
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in R/Python/SAS (or other statistical analysis software) and SQL
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies
- Experience working with large datasets, identifying patterns, and utilizing multiple data sources and tools
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
- Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
- Experience with data storytelling and presentation techniques
