Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience successfully handling General Liability claims.
- Prior experience working with Public Entities is highly preferred, demonstrating a valuable specialization in the field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience utilizing various claims database management systems
Public Entity Focus Areas:
- Law Enforcement Liability: Claims from police misconduct, often involving video evidence.
- General Liability: Cases like slip-and-falls, dangerous public property, and vehicle accidents.
- Regulatory Compliance: Strict adherence to state-specific government claims acts.
Key Contributions:
- Apply deep knowledge of tort liability and statutory law (including government immunity) to resolve complex, high-severity claims.
