Job Summary

As an Experienced Home Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring seamless account management. You'll work closely with our customer service team to deliver top-notch support, build strong relationships with clients, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and visit frameworks (90%)

  • Record customer interactions using electronic programming devices and ensure start-to-finish support, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best effort in matches between professional exchange organizations and customers (10%)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Nature and Degree

* This position reports to a Manager, Customer Care

  • This position has no direct reports

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the home improvement industry

  • Graduate degree from a recognized institution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in online frameworks to collect and update data

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with THD/Genius Reference partners

  • Retail experience, including selling skills
  • Exchange/Home Improvement experience
  • Capability in online frameworks to collect and update data
  • Strong data capturing skills, including visible to message documentation and other forms of complete connection capturing

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
