Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist – Retail Training and Education. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to customers, showcasing the latest arenaflex products and services, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-energy and engaging Today at arenaflex sessions to encourage strong customer participation and enthusiasm for arenaflex products and services.

  • Create interactive customer experiences that help others get the most from the arenaflex ecosystem, including setting up devices, exploring features, and discovering new uses.
  • Drive ownership by recommending solutions that meet customer needs and providing personalized support to ensure customers feel confident and empowered.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with internal support resources available to customers who want to expand their technical knowledge and provide guidance on how to access these resources.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor, and contributing to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn.
  • Demonstrate arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities, promoting a culture of empathy, understanding, and respect.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with teaching or public presentations and comfort presenting to live audiences, with the ability to adapt facilitation styles to meet the needs of the audience.

  • Understanding of the benefits of the arenaflex ecosystem and the ability to influence others to see those benefits, with a passion for sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Experience working in a team environment, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members, and a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities at the same time, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Pay & Benefits:

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive total compensation package that includes base pay, discretionary bonuses, and commission payments. Our base pay is determined within a range, providing the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. arenaflex employees also have the opportunity to become an arenaflex shareholder through participation in our discretionary employee stock programs.
