What You'll Do

As a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directly communicating with veterinary facilities to process prescription orders, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests
  • Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine proper solutions for clients and partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
  • Accurately entering prescription data into arenaflex's healthcare software
  • Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders
  • Providing exceptional customer service, working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow, with a culture of open feedback, constructive criticism, and a commitment to development
  • Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and occasionally other stations on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily utilizing our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, requiring attention to detail
  • Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day to involve outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
  • A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Pharmacy Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to new situations
  • Ability to pass a background check
