The Role

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative I - Summer Employment, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to customers through high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns. You'll be responsible for:

  • Participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists
  • Adhering to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines
  • Providing consistent high-quality service to customers
  • Responding to customer questions while ensuring the highest standards of customer service
  • Utilizing software, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Appropriately documenting all encounters in clear and concise online logs
  • Employing empathic support to customers
  • Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two to six months of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone voice and etiquette
  • Ability to follow instructions and scripts
  • Skilled in active listening
  • Proficient with computers and good typing skills
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of the FAFSA
  • Knowledge of college financial aid and admissions processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience in a college financial aid office

  • Work experience on a college administrative office

Work Environment

* The position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home

  • Office work environment is climate-controlled with no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions
