Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving inbound customer calls, identifying caller needs, establishing payment schedules, and resolving conflicts to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Making outbound customer calls to follow up and provide additional information as needed
  • Providing assistance to callers regarding pay-date change requests, adjusting bill information, taking payments, and other service needs directly related to a customer account
  • Resolving customer questions and concerns effectively and efficiently by actively listening, communicating clearly and concisely, and ensuring customer understanding
  • Maintaining customer records in our company CRM tool, documenting customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
  • Maintaining individual call quality goals and adhering to the Customer Experience guidelines for improved customer satisfaction results
  • Effectively communicating knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting customers in enrolling additional accounts, providing a detailed overview of services by demonstrating a full understanding of what services are available to the customer
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls during peak times, averaging 60-80 calls per day, and providing superior customer service to every customer by using relationship-building techniques and proper phone etiquette

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least two years of call center experience in banking, insurance, phone, or cable industries
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Superior customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to use computers competently, requiring data entry
  • A professional, interruption-free work environment to seamlessly provide outstanding service to our clients
  • The ability to follow security and compliance standards to ensure all customer financial information remains strictly confidential

Requirements

To work as a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A personal computer (Company computer issued after 60-90 days)
