Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

Data Entry:

Process a substantial amount of case information accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with Court rules.

Database Management:

Enter all complaints and citations filed by the police and the public into the statewide computer database.

Confidentiality:

Maintain confidentiality on all matters, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information.

Administrative Support:

Post payments, issue receipts, balance money daily, and make bank deposits.

Bookkeeping:

Manage payment plans and process monthly bookkeeping reports and data, issue and print checks.

Log Keeping:

Log events and transactions such as applications, telephone messages, hearing dates, and decisions on cases.

Receptionist Duties:

Perform receptionist duties by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

Mail Processing:

Prepare outgoing mail and process incoming mail.

Inventory Management:

Keep inventory of office supplies and make orders as necessary.

Special Projects:

Perform other duties as directed by supervisor, including preparing draft and final-form technical documents.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills, knowledge, and expertise:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Experience in related area performing secretarial or general office work in an office with considerable public contact, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training that demonstrates the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Computer Skills:

Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, and Google.

PBIS Strategies:

Knowledge, skill, and/or experience in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies or be willing to receive training in those strategies.

Residency:

US and Canada resident only.
