Responsibilities

- Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
