Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
