Job Description

As an Experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our online chat platform. Your primary focus will be on answering incoming customer live chats, evaluating customer interactions, and promoting interest in our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promote interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in customer service (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a remote customer service role

  • Knowledge of online chat platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
