Job Summary
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the initial point of contact for our passengers, guiding them through their travel inquiries, booking processes, and flight updates. You'll work in a remote setting, engaging with customers through our chat platform to address their queries and provide timely information. Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers through the chat platform to address inquiries and provide timely information
- Assist passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and providing suitable solutions

- Update customer information and document interactions in the system accurately

Requirements
