Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Fractional COO-CFO. The role involves introducing our savings program to your contacts in return for years of residual income.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to oversee efficient workflows and develop strategic initiatives.
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess business performance and identify opportunities for growth or optimization.
- Finance and Budgeting experience to manage financial planning, monitor cash flow, and allocate resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate across teams and drive measurable results.
- Experience in managing client or stakeholder relationships is a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll tax credits or corporate wellness programs is a benefit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
