Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning a book of customers and serving as their advocate and champion, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer deployments are completed quickly and efficiently
  • Running monthly and quarterly business reviews to ensure business objectives are realized and serving as a trusted advisor to our customers
  • Collaborating with Sales to identify opportunities for expansion and growth
  • Developing and executing customer success strategies that drive adoption, retention, and growth
  • Providing expert, hands-on support to customers, leveraging valuable data and research to identify solutions and opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business outcomes and growth

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions, customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering
  • 2+ years of fundamental knowledge of two or more of the following technologies: Cloud Services Architectures & Solutions, Web-based Security, Networking, & Infrastructure Solutions
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth, adoption, and retention
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

What Will Make You Stand Out

While the following qualifications are not required, they will make you a strong candidate:

  • Background in Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs, CASB, etc.
  • Background in network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization
  • Experience with customer success platforms, tools, and methodologies
  • Proven ability to analyze complex customer data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and infrastructure solutions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
