What You Bring to the Team

We're looking for a self-motivated, problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and improve. As an Insurance Specialist/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients, educating them on insurance options, and identifying cross-selling opportunities across our agency service matrix. We're looking for someone who is:

• Bi-lingual Spanish/English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Comfortable working in a family-oriented, fast-paced environment
• A team player with a competitive spirit and an eagerness to learn and improve
• Able to take pride in providing value and building trust within the Latino community and the greater community at large
• Experienced working with Agency Matrix or other CRM systems, with strong computer skills (Google Docs, MS Office)
• Able to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide non-standard insurance solutions

Expectations in this Role

As an Insurance Specialist/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing in-person customer service, sales, underwriting, and record-keeping
• Educating clients ethically on auto, home, renters, and small business insurance options
• Communicating clearly with clients when quoting prices and financial options and completing sales with extraordinary customer service
• Servicing existing accounts, answering questions, and providing accurate information to ensure clients can make the best decision for their families
• Helping identify cross-selling opportunities across our agency service matrix
• Maintaining a punctual and professional attitude

Schedule

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Expected Salary

$19 - $30 per hour.

Sunnyvale, CA.
