Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product-related questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Availability to work overnights (11pm-7am) and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a retail or call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with sales and customer service software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
